Hi there, I'm Sean and ...

Me, affecting an artistically pensive pose
I came to UX after leading CX at one of the world’s top Olympic and Paralympic training centers, where my success was grounded in deeply understanding the needs of our users — and then building systems and services that supported their goals, reduced friction, and enhanced performance.
Though the setting was elite sport, the principles were pure UX: prioritize users, gather insights through observation and dialogue, and refine systems based on real-world feedback. I learned that great experiences don't happen by accident (unless you're really lucky) — they’re designed.
Now, as a UX researcher, designer and strategist, I bring that same focus on empathy, intentionality, and high-stakes service to digital products that need to work seamlessly and meaningfully for the people who use them.
How my process unfolds
My UX process starts with questions, not assumptions. I collaborate with stakeholders to clarify goals, then design research to explore user behavior, pain points, and context.
From usability testing and interviews to surveys and analytics, I gather evidence that shapes every design decision. I translate research into personas, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and insights that guide the team forward — not just toward usable products, but meaningful ones.
Throughout the research and design process, I prioritize clarity, alignment, and communication. My aim is to build things that work, resonate, and drive measurable success for users and organizations alike.
